LCA consulting
What are the steps of an agreement between a client and an assessor?
To be able to give you a quote the assessor must have some basic information about the site and the proposed residence, at least its address and size.
In addition in the the water (and nutrient) balance calculations the assessor must have relevant information about the quantity of wastewater which is calculated from the number of bedrooms (in a household), number of seats and covers (restaurants) etc. (Code of practise – onsite wastewater management Table 4.)
After having these basic information we perform a desktop study of the feasibility of the onsite wastewater disposal and if it can be done sustainably we will give you a quote. The more constraits the site has, a more detailed LCA report required which means more time involved by the Assessor which unfortunately means a higher price for the LCA. That’s why we don’t have a general price for LCAs but if you are interested please fill out form here so we could give you a personalized quote.
If you are happy with the price we will ask you for a 50% deposit to our bank account and after the transfer is completed we are going to start the LCA process immediately.
